Delivery within Cairo takes up to 5 business days.
For other governorates, delivery may take up to 7 business days.
What is your exchange and refund policy?
Exchanges and refunds are accepted within 7 days of receiving the order.
The item must be in its original condition, with the tag attached.
We cannot proceed with an exchange if the product is used or missing its tag.

Can I try the product on while the courier is there?
No, trying on the product or opening the package is not allowed while the courier is present.
